NASA Station page says that the launch will be 2:37pm, but I don't know about the time zone they are using. However it is 18:37 UTC.

But so far I haven't been able to open those links...

They shown only one minute the live launch, but "luckily" I was able to see it. Hopefully somebody post the entire lauch to Youtube. It might be available at these pages after a while:

"Progress 33" is actually the NASA designation, referring to the 33rd Progress flight to the ISS.

It's actual designation is Progress M-2M, the second flight of the M-M variant. The mission will take longer to reach the ISS than normal, as it will be carrying out some development tests first. This is the 121st Progress mission overal.
