Are signals received from a space probe by a DSN earth antenna, if it is not facing the probe at the time of reception?

That is, if the probe was an hour away, an antenna that spun into view of the direction in which the probe’s radiation was coming from, a half hour after, an hour long radiated signal left the probe , and remained tracking to this direction as the earth turned, the earth antenna should pick up the radiation a half hour later and continue picking up radiation for another half hour. But does this happen?

If it does, is this because the radiated signal eg each modulated bit of the sequence making up the signal, is repeated for more than the assumed speed of light delay and therefore the speed of light delay is not necessarily proved or disproved by such communications?

The hypothesis that gravity is caused by charge polarization in atomic nuclei transverse to the tangential spin and orbital accelerations of the earth suggests that an airplane moving from west to east with the spin of the earth is very slightly more attracted to the earth than the same plane moving east to west - the greater the speed of the plane and closer to the equator, other things, winds etc, being adjusted for. Are the flyby gravitational anomalies consistent with this suggestion?

The attractive inverse fourth power force between a pair of colinear electrostatic dipoles becomes an inverse square force because each dipole acts to reduce the effect of the spin and orbital force on the other dipole, the nearer the dipoles are to each other. That is, the dipoles are made larger in proportion to the distance,r, between the dipoles. Thus the dipole dipole force is 9(10^9)(rqs)(rqs)/r^4.

The combined effect of all of the colinear dipoles along the earth's radii caused by the spin of the earth as well as along lines of longitude can produce the gravitational attraction of all objects and parts of the earth toward the center and a slight repulsion of parallel dipoles ie parts of the earth along parallel lines of longitude as perhaps in deep sea floor spreading and earthquakes.(see gravitymagnetismlight.org)

It's a shame, it was an interesting question. I'll park it in the Unexplained while we discuss whether it is spam or not.

But the Krell forgot one thing John.
