Necessary Ingredients:
1. Large Empty Halo (must emit inward and outward particles of space)
2. Matter (enough to fill 1% of halo.) Matter must also be able to consume
space at a rate of 4piG.
Slowly pour matter inside empty halo.
Making 4 or 5 revolutions, stir matter inside halo slowly either
clockwise or counterclockwise.
Let solution reach equilibrium. Matter establishes the galactic curve.
Space emited outward will ultimately become part of the expanding universe.
Space emited inward will ultimately support the galaxy's galactic curve.
In both cases the internal and external areas of halo are expanding.
Matter will determine location, density & size of halo
Halo will determine the motion of matter inside halo.
Beware: Halo will reach high temperatures due to radiation emitted during
creation of space particles.
Note: Any similarity to DM or DE is purely coincidental.
