Red Moon

Hello fellow space geeks I have a Q. for any buddy who can annser it. for the past 2 nights my town has been getting bright red moons!! I know its not a luner eclipse. What is your lattitude and longitude?<br /><br />Looks like smoke or smog to me.

my lattitude is around 30 and my longitude is 75. Southeasten United States. Yess is looks like the air looks very smogy during the day. mybe thats it... <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> <p><span style="font-style:italic" class="Apple-style-span">gavinovz</span></p><p> </p> </div>

Since Lat:Lon 30:-75 puts you in the Atlantic Ocean, I'd say smog was not your largest concern...

Yeah, I am having the same thing and I am from WV. <br /><br />Tonight the moon is so bright that the birds think its early morning. So they are chirping like crazy and I can't sleep because of it.

Thanks all of u for helping me out with my red moon Q. Looking at the weather for the past few days and my area has gotten no good wind or fronts or weather changeds in the past week.
