i dont have a telescope, are there websites where i can view the sky, monitor audio frequencies <br />or get live feed from space missions [im a n00b <img src="/images/icons/smile.gif" /> ]<br />what free tools are there for desktops? how can i get my exact location coordinates?<br />any useful links will be very helpful. <br />thanks

Hi vladimage,<br /><br />here is Radio Astronomy at the University of Indianapolis you don't get to hear the data but you can graph it.<br /><br /><br />here is Night Sky a feature of Space.com that has lots of info on things to view tonight and every night, pictures, news, and guides and stuff.<br /><br /><br />have you given NASA TV a try<br /><br /><br />and at Heavens Above website you can choose your viewing location from a large data base and i am mostly sure that when you request information from them about star or satellite positions they will use the longitude and lattitude of the city you choose. The long. lat. info is also displayed on a handy data page for you.<br /><br /><br />I always like to goto Astronomy Picture of the Day to see new images from all kinds of sources.<br /><br /><br />maybe you can find an internet telescope from This google search with 380 results for "telescopes on the internet"<br /><br /><br />enough for now will check back later<br /><br />fgl<br /><img src="/images/icons/smile.gif" /><br /> <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> </div>
