That is a good table for different cities show the solar eclipse times in the report. Unfortunately for areas like NYC and Washington DC area, will be very difficult viewing. Starry Night Pro Plus 8 shows at 0535 EDT, the eclipse event and Sun is just a bit more than 1 degree above the horizon in ENE for NYC. Stellarium shows for my location near 0600 EDT, the Sun will be ENE but about 3 degrees up. Weather for me now looks mostly cloudy on 10-Jun.
