Simulcasting that does your head in

I’m sure there’s a few people on this site who understand the issues involved with Government tenders, but have you ever considered how difficult it is to submit a tender when the technical details are so complex and the variables are so diverse that it make one feel positively THICK!<br /><br />Has anyone done data simulcasting? True simulcasting, the type that requires all transmitters to run GPS clocks for phase and frequency locking to each other, through a single central node, reducing this thing called Heterodyning.<br /><br />I’d love to know if anyone has physically done it for under a squillion bucks.<br />
