Still not real happy with the changes from the comic. Bizarro's appearance didn't change and I don't remember him being a flat out killer. aka heat vision the other night.<br /><br />

I've never seen Smallville.<br /><br />I had no idea what the show was about until sometime last year.<br /><br />I still haven't seen an episode. <img src="/images/icons/frown.gif" /> I think that I'd just be lost trying to figure out all the stuff I've missed. Still, now that I know what the show is about, I think it's an awesome idea and, by the public response, it seems to be doing well.<br /><br />I wish I had watched it when it first came out though.<br /><br />I feel like I'm at an AA meeting "Hello, I am a_l_p_ and I have never seen Smallville." <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> <font size="1">I put on my robe and wizard hat...</font> </div>

Well, they're in boxed sets, in reruns and - ahem - online.<br /><br />The first 4 years were Clark in high school, then he started college and met Professor Fine (Brainiac, who comes back this year) who tried to bring back Zod. Lex really started to turn, new powers emerged and Clark was conflicted between what he wanted and what Jor-El expected.<br /><br />One of the best episodes last year was Justice. Over the last 2 years we were introduced to other heroes; Manhunter, Flash, Green Arrow, Aquaman, Cyborg etc. In Justice all but Manhunter came together as a rudimentary Justice League. <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> </div>

Hi a_l_p, Im Data, and I also have never seen an entire episode of "Smallville" . I have tried, but they make it difficult., you cant follow what the heck is going on unless you were with the series from the get go. I'm not a big DC fan. I'm more of a Marvel guy myself. Maybe my bias has something to do with my lack of motivation to watch the series?<br /><br />Thanks for the headsup on the boxed set. I figured it'd be out there, somewhere. Then again, I'm not sure I want to pay that much to "catchup." I may see if it's out for rental or something. "No" I wouldn't dload it for free. <img src="/images/icons/smile.gif" /> Now, if it was a Marvel Universe story background, I might. But, if it was, I'd probably already be watching it.<br /><br />I think the concept is awesome and it's obvious they've done a great job of keeping people entertained. That, more than anything else, has sparked my interest. It's obviously a good show. It's just too bad it has so much backstory in it.
