SoL, expansion, time, and the Hubble connection

Hubble constant says that space expands at 70km/s per megaparec.

if you follow light through this expansion it would appear to increase at 1 meter per second every 46 years.

and what is even more interesting is that if you take the age of the universe and divide it by 46 years you get the SoL.
