Solar waves article-- comment

Today's article on the solar waves associated with solar corona heating seems to have missed an important point. They should have included what happens when you do a fast fourier transform on the waves. They also should apply some pattern analysis similar to encryption decoding programs to further understand the nature of the unspecified relatively high frequency wave action. Does anyone have data of that sort?
