The star "61 virginis" for the last few nights has been putting on a color show, changing from red, green, blue, purple, white, orange and back again extremely fast! This is due to it being low in the atmoshere right after sundown. It's located in the west south west sky under Venus.

»Star
61 Virginis (HR 5019)
Current apparent equat. coordinates:
Alp: 13h 18m 40.6s Del: -18° 20' 31"
Equat. coordinates (J2000):
Alp: 13h 18m 24.3s Del: -18° 18' 41"
V: 4.74m; Parallax: 0.115"
Spectrum: G6V; B-V: 0.71m binary.

I suppose the effect will depend on local weather and location(I'm in Va.) but it is definitely something you will want to see if possible.
.............................................................................Frost
