Catastrophe

SpaceX will keep trying to get the landing right. The company has already built the next Starship prototype, known as SN15, and it should take to the skies soon. (Yes, SpaceX is going directly from SN11 to SN15.)

This rocket should have mobile wings for slowing it down in Earth atmosphere, by flying horizontally before finally landing it vertically with the booster engine.

The speed can be better reduced by wing and booster working in unison but without requiring complicated heat shielding Space Shuttle had.

Insufficient heat shielding on outside could very well be the cause of these explosions in my opinion. The metal conducts heat too easily and oxygen ignites it, but out there on Moon and Mars there is no oxygen to ignite it.

Thanks
