Zvezda has been a problem for a long time and it's kind of a lynchpin in the station layout. It might not be impossible to deal with losing it but it won't be easy.

I'm actually more concerned by the Falcon 9 leak. In the last year almost 6% of Falcon launches have suffered fuel or lox leaks. Which isn't a devastating percentage but is more leaks than the decade proceeding it. Two lost boosters, one loss of payload, two failed deorbit burns, one RUD after payload deployment. One of these was a crewed launch. It's a worrying pattern for a rocket that's found itself becoming so indispensable to spaceflight.
