Water is a fine liquid propellant, and provided you heat it to keep it liquid in deep space. Takes a lot of electrical power to heat water to the necessary temperatures. How are they going to supply enough electrical energy to heat it, or is that a company secret?

The KIWI and NERVA were designed to use any liquid as a propellant. But it required a nuclear reactor to provide the necessary heat to obtain a reasonable thrust.
