Certainly space tourism is expensive beyond the means of those, most practical, frugal folks who have more urgent needs for which to spend what money they have. However, such seemingly outrageously pricey space joy rides should be evaluated on a unit cost / personal benefit basis. Using that metric a trip in a space rocket around the Earth actually costs less than a marriage(s). Note: the better R.O.I. for another worldly experience is an extended retreat in a cloistered monastery. A 3:30am wake-up, a cold shower and a bowl of gruel for breakfast builds character. Anyhow, I'm glad all went well and the crew is safe.
