It is scheduled for Sept. 15 UTC with the launch window opening at midnight. That is 8:00 PM EDT at the launch site and 5:00 PM PDT at SpaceX mission control on September 14th. Unlike NASA Dragon launches it is not an instantaneous launch window but instead lasts 24 hours ending when a second launch window opens at midnight September 16 UTC so the launch can come at any time between 8:00 PM EDT on the 14th and 8:00 PM EDT on the 16th.
