Starship launch bumped to 3rd week this month (April)

Looks like there's a chance for the Starship's launch, perhaps next Monday (one week).

Reuters reports that...
"Starship launch trending towards near the end of third week of April," Musk

"The FAA on Monday issued a revised notice that said the launch could now happen April 17."

I think the FAA hasn't approved the license yet, but I'm not following it that closely.
