you kidding? that intro scene where they're fighting in space is absolutely amazing. The graphics made me go crazy... it was exciting! most beautiful 3D i've ever seen. it's worth the money for the DVD to see that again!
(yeah, i've done a ltitle work with 3D models before. It's tough, but i really love to see how they improve the techniques.)

I'm going to wait for the ultimate Star Wars DVD box, with all six movies, a couple of documentaries, the works!

I agree with LG: Revenge of the Sith is worth it almost for the sets, backgrounds and sfx alone. I liked much of the rest too, despite the wooden acting and dialogue. That first scene is breath taking, and it would have been memorable if the characters had been screaming with fear and excitement, instead of steering their space ships through nearly impossible paths, seemingly bored and unfocused, without raising their voices. Really a missed opportunity. Of course the Jedi should be cool in battle, but they're not Vulcans.

The initial letters of the words in the title "Revenge Of The Sith" form the acronym ROTS. How appropriate.

Why would I pay good money for a DVD of this movie? So I can have the privilege of almost falling asleep three times in the privacy of my own home, just like I did in the movie theater? I was deeply disappointed because I enjoyed the first three movies so much as a child.
