I will wait and see if any visitors from these exoplanets show up at the salon here and see what their tans look like Could be very different types of tans from their parent stars and exoplanets the visitors grew up on.

I'm dubious they will come. When I was invited to one of those salons on their world I had just watched "How to Serve Man" (a Rod Serling episode).

The problem with those blue lights is that they won't emit UV like a blue star does, unless the "toast" look is in.
