Well, when Russia's lander failed, the comments were full of hate comments that it served them right and they deserved it, forgetting that space travel is incredibly difficult and a single trivial defect can cause a multi million mission to go to waste. Just a reminder.

I realise that the propulsion system is novel in so far that it is intended to operate at low temperatures, hence the use of MON25 oxidser and the new engines. But I assume that the pressurant side of the system is of conventional design.

In past decades there have been concerns about non-return valve and pyrotechnic valve anomalies in bi-prop systems, but I cannot recall the last time I heard of a He pressure regulator failing.
