I do hope that there will be visible aurora at my latitude.
You might want to check in periodically with one or two aurora forecast sites such as the
NOAA site. Spaceweather. com is another. These are videos, btw, so you have to give them time to load and run.
But these two don't extend the forecast but by a few hours, apparently, so perhaps there's a better, longer-term model.
FWIW, here is a nice pic today of the Sun presenting what we haven't seen much of -- sunspots. We are definitely out of the solar minimum part of the cycle... finally.
