Telescope viewing question?

<p>I have a 4.5in reflecting telescope and from my house I can see M13 with the telescope and with binos as a fuzzy round object.&nbsp; Like a unfocused cottenball.&nbsp; </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>If I was to go to a dark site or a place where I can see the milkyway, will I be able to see more detail or a brightter M13 with the same telescope? </p> <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> </div>
