My observation. A SMBH for M87 using 6.5 x 10^9 solar masses, the diameter 2.5663 x 10^2 AU or about 257 AU. At 17 Mpc, the SMBH diameter angular size 1.5096 x 10^-02 mas (0.015096 arcsecond) to resolve or even smaller angular resolution for finer details to be directly observed.
