I feel looking at some of these launches there could easily be containment Kevlar bags wrapped around some of these satellites upper stages to contain some of the small pieces that shoot off during deployments.

Or even if a small piece of space junk its them decades later hopefully if the bag is tough enough it will contain most of the explosion of parts. Also eventually if there are clean up space craft eventually developed they will be able to catch contained satellites.

I know heating and cooling are a major issue but there has to be a reasonable solution.
