The 'ring of fire' solar eclipse of 2021: What time does it begin?

I went out in my area this morning near 0550 EDT to run an observation test and check. The Sun cleared a distant tree line in a large field I can observe from using my telescope and glass white light solar filter. So tomorrow morning, weather and clouds permitting, I may be able to see some of the partial solar eclipse in my area. I used Stellarium and Starry Night to create simulation chart views too.
