""Scientist at the Jest Propulsion Laboratory have analyzed deep space infra red images which when superimposed over Hubble Space Telescope images have revealed an astonishing discovery. The universe is actually a huge ellipse expanding outward at close to the speed of light. Folds in space have revealed that the universe has no beginning nor end yet is constantly regenerated from two wide parallel metamorphic bands which extend the length of the universe. Forth from these metamorphic bands emerges cosmic gases which form butterfly shapes as shown in the above cosmic graphic composition. It is actually impossible to see these butterfly gases as they are in the infra red range of the spectrum beyond the capacity of the human eye to visualize. However artist have rendered what the universe looks like as seen, perhaps through the eyes of aliens which may have infra red vision.

That the universe has no beginning nor end may have immense consequences for theologians who believe that God created the universe. Without a beginning or end the logical conclusion is that such theories of God as creator of the universe must be illogical and false. That there is no God may mean that human beings and other intelligent species did, indeed, evolve, for that is the only logical conclusion one can reach in the absence of a divine being.

Advocates of the butterfly universe theory have posted this artist's concept of the universe and are marketing these designs to educate the general public with regard to the nature of the origin of the universe. Everyone who wants to help play a role in this great discovery, which is perhaps the greatest discovery of all time, are urged to purchase butterfly universe design items."" by susan m bradley

I don't know how much credence can be given to this. I mean she does go on to promote the sell of the infared pictures of the elliptical universe on tshirts, made in the usa of course.

I've never heard of this gaseou

Er, shouldn't we see these "bands" in the COBE and WMAP images?

I think one should expect to, yes. Even if they were "invisible folds in space", there would be evidence of their existence in the form of distribution of visible matter and energy due to their effects, I should think.
"2012.. Year of the Dragon!! Get on the Dragon Wagon!".

Looks like a crookery, with plenty of very low level science and very low level metaphysics. Many of the statements presented as a "rationale" (!!!) are at best infantile, and incoherent.

Also this should be moved. I can't think of the name right now but I think it begins with a "P".
