Time is not linear

if you want to know what relative time flow was at any given year in history compared to now you can use this formula...

delta t' = delta t/sqr( 1-((N/46)^2/c^2))

where N = number of years looking backward
and c is the SoL in m/s

why doesn't cosmology incorporate relativity?

if they did would dark matter cease to exist?

and if time dilation is applied to the entire universe dark energy would also cease to exist. which the above formula shows.

if you square that number it will give you the apparent time dilation that also includes the redshift expansion.
(1/sqr( 1-((N/46)^2/c^2)))^2

not sure the exact numbers from the new findings but i think this is very close to the media reports.
they say 5 times at 12 billion years ago. My calculations put it 5 times at ~12.33 billion years ago.
