My bad, I don't know what profit the space administration (NASA) and the various state centers calculate from orders with money from the national budget for the various projects, but I imagine it is at least several hundred percent, maybe there is even corruption, such as the company that won the implementation of components, or entire systems, returning part of the money under the contract, through illegal channels to the contracting administration and the commission evaluating the tender offers (in case there is a tender at all). So, there is a way, simply for the budget-supported organizations and the contractor companies from the space sector to reduce their scale of profit.
