Want a free trip to suborbital space? Apply by Feb. 15 to become a 'citizen astronaut'

This tantalizing advertisement for the bold, adventurous and "expendable" reminds me of those efforts to recruit settlers for the New World 300 to 400 years ago. Of course, there is always an underlying agenda involving profits and governments. IMO, a civilian space program is probably a good way to lose weight, meet similar people outside of the internet dating sites, and if lucky get a "joy ride" worthy of boasting. But on the other hand, as they say in NYC, "Geh Gesundt".
