Looks like it didn't have engine nozzle control, let alone a gyroscope to guide it. Do the engine nozzles even swivel ?
The Spectrum rocket's Aquila engines use a gimbaled thrust design*, so yes, they are nozzle controlled.

And any rocket like this would also have gyroscopes to optimize guidance and control.

That doesn't mean they worked properly during this launch.
