Can one of the Space.com afficionados do the math for me on something: If we assume 2023 EY were to pass between a viewer on earth and the moon on a dark sky and the viewer was using a high powered telescope that could resolve the asteroid, would the angular speed be such that the viewer could see the transit without a high-speed camera?

From this source the apparent motion is 51.8° per day. This is about four times the width of the full Moon per hour. Not very fast.
