The focus of this site's forums is space and science, not politics. Articles may indeed touch on politically charged topics, but that should not be the focus of forum comments.

As such, the focus should be on the space and science aspects of the article instead of political banter.

Those political discussions never end well, often leading to very unfortunate outcomes.

If you want to focus on political commentary, there are much better sites suited for that elsewhere.
