What about a balloon ?

<p>Why would you need a winged aircraft when you have HiRise on MRO ?</p><p>I would rather see some sort of weather balloon, maybe a whole bunch of them. They would be easier to deploy and could probably teach us a lot more about the atmosphere than a winged aircraft. </p>
