I have always wondered why the larger, low, orange moon is always called a Hunter's Moon? Can someone explain how it might have gotten it's name, or if there really is a scientific meaning to the term??

Yeah, its probably easier to see and hunt during a full moon.
-Do a search for "moon phases" and "moon folklore"

________________________________________

your move...

October: Full "Hunters" or "Blood" Moon (defined as the first full moon following the harvest moon; from hunting practice of riding over the stubble of reaped grain fields pursuing foxes by the light of the moon.); also Full Travel Moon, Full Dying Grass Moon.

But the Krell forgot one thing John.
