What star is this...

Okay so recently I have been sitting here on my laptop and i look out the window in front of me which is North and i keep seeing this star every night that twinkles. It like flickers different colors even it looks like.<br /><br />I'm in wisconsin and right now its about 1:30 and I'd say its to the NNE or maybe just N and its maybe 10 degrees up, its right above the trees across the street which aren't too tall... Its a full moon out too and its one of the only stars that I can see and its really bright. <br /><br />Does anyone know what star/planet this could be? <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> </div>
