Where I view at the Moon will be very low in west sky. I setup charts using Starry Night and Stellarium. I plan to view some of this starting near 0409 EST for the partial eclipse and total eclipse at 0516 EST my location. However, sunrise 0640 EST and the Moon will be low in Aries, below 20 degrees, 15 degrees and dropping. Uranus will be visible close to 2-degrees from the Moon too in Aries. Binoculars should work. A good flat earth view of the western sky could work
