Why Dragon Crew is so slow?

Dragon Crew spaceship needs almost 22 hours to arrive International Space Station.
While Chinese spaceship does about 7 hours to arrive their space station.
Why?

Actually International Space Station and Chinese Space Station have similar orbit hight and speed.
But orbit inclination is about 51 degree to 41 degree.

Is just because Dragon Crew slow flying?

The most efficient launch is when the orbital plane crosses over the launch site, otherwise the spacecraft must do a very fuel-expensive plane change burn. But, when the plane crosses over, if the Station happens to be passing over the launch site at the time, it won’t take long to catch up. However, if the Station happens to be on the other side of its orbit, it’ll take much longer. The most important launch parameter is the orbital plane, not the location of the station in its orbit. The space shuttle frequently allowed 2 to 3 days for rendezvous and docking.

Since international space station's orbit inclination is 41 degree, so its orbital plane is more toward to earth equator.

Hence Dragon Crew needs fly longer way to catch space station.

The orbital plane is 51.6 degrees to the equator to accommodate the Baikonur launch facility.
