Or, to get another probe sent to Neptune in this generation, have a duel mission vehicle sent to Saturn. Use an Ion drive, study Saturn and its moons for several years then exit Saturn using the Ion drive. It could use a gravity assist from one of Saturn's larger moons. This could be the best piggyback mission since the Voyagers. Sounds doable to me. How about you Paul?
