An asteroid-comet collision is highly unlikely, given the relatively small impact cross-section of either.

If your talking the comet presently in the near Earth area, an impact with a large enough NEO for us to know about is highly unlikely. At least during the time the comet is near us. This because I know of no significant NEOs presently passing as near Earth as the comet is. <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> <p><strong>My borrowed quote for the time being:</strong></p><p><em>There are three kinds of people in life.
