In all seriousness, this sounds like a job for Space Force. After the billions spent, if it can't destroy a single target with no maneuverability, what chance does it have against a modern ICBM?
 
Any destroyer could shoot it down, even before re-entry. Many jets probably could too.

SF should be able to hijack it, before it re-enters. Take it to Vandenberg with that space plane.
