after the ISS spacestation?

What will be constructed after the ISS spacestation retires?(around 2025-2030, during the first manned journeys to the moon and mars) Spacestations for the moon or mars at the L-1 or L-2 gravitation points or otherwise? And by the govermental organisations like NASA or JAXA? Or by independant organisations/companies? Or both?

Maybe a large spaceship like Enterprise, but only for moon / earth / mars runs, and sub-light speed, with the cutting edge energy + propulsion tech.<br /><br />

That could well be possible but don't you think its possible for a certain 'meeting point' at the L-1 or L-2 point for after the ISS? Or do you think it will be independant spaceships only?

NASA has expressed interest in a small station at the Earth-Moon L1 point.
