Is there an "Alien Base" on the Moon? More and more people are coming forward with stories that might prove this is true. Rumors say that there is an Alien Moon Base on the far side of the moon, the side we never see from Earth.
Did you ever wonder why the Moon landings stopped and why we have not tried to build a Moon Base? It does seem like a better and easier idea than a floating space station with no access to any raw materials or supplies? According to the NASA Astronaut Neil Armstrong the aliens have a base on the Moon and told us in no uncertain terms to get off and stay off the Moon!

Sound far fetched? Milton Cooper, a Naval Intelligence Officer tells us that not only does the Alien Moon Base exist but the U.S. Naval Intelligence Community refers to the Alien Moon Base as "Luna," that there is a huge mining operation going on there, and that is where the aliens keep their huge mother ships while the trips to Earth are made in smaller "flying saucers".

LUNA: The Alien base on the far side of the Moon. It was seen and filmed by the Apollo astronauts. A base, a mining operation using very large machines, and the very large alien craft described in sighting reports as mother ships exist there. -Milton Cooper

Did Apollo 11 Encounter UFOs on the Moon? from the Book "Above Top Secret" by Timothy Good.

According to hitherto unconfirmed reports, both Neil Armstrong and Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin saw UFOs shortly after their historic landing on the Moon in Apollo 11 on 21 July 1969. I remember hearing one of the astronauts refer to a "light" in or on a carter during the television transmission, followed by a request from mission control for further information. Nothing more was heard.

According to a former NASA employee Otto Binder, unnamed radio hams with their own VHF receiving facilities that bypassed NASA's broadcasting outlets picked up the following exchange:

NASA: What's there? Mission Control calli

Welcome to SDC and first off...this is phenomenon forum material so I will say:

Gimme a "P".

What the hey...I'll even throw in the "H" for free.

Now for the serious stuff. There is no real proof of an alien base on the moon that we average folk could access. Therefore, we will always here this stuff about alien bases convieniently located on the far side of the moon because as we all know, we cannot see or make radio contact without an orbiting satellite, with the lunar far side.

All available evidence as to why we stopped landing on the moon...the public grew tired of it, questioning the money spent on Apollo. This lead to the press coming up with nifty sound bites that criticized the Apollo effort and the criticism worked well. The criticism continues to work well. Note Presidential candidate Barack Obama said he would cut NASA funding to support education initiatives.

More and more people coming forward with alien on the moon stories prove nothing unless they have irrefutable evidence to support them. Does Milton Cooper have evidence to support his assertions of mining ops etc. on the moon.

See, anyone can make up this kind of stuff and the really good stories have elements of credibility to them. Throw in words like "Above top secret" and your off an running. As for Naval intel calling the alledged base "Luna". Sounds really spiffy for those who do not know luna is simply latin for moon.

According to still hitherto unconfirmed reports...I have yet to see any Apollo 11 astronauts come forward and specifically state they saw UFOs during the Apollo 11 mission. Nor have I ever heard NASA use the phraseology "Calling Apollo ___" in their voice transmissions to any astronauts which leaves this commentary lacking credibility IMO.

So now, application of Occams razor:

What makes more sense?

NASA would see its budget slashed by some 50% after Apollo, then sit on evidence of the great

My borrowed quote for the time being:

There are three kinds of people in life. IMO this could be real. The US government does not like anyone to know anything so it would not suprise me if they were covering it up. I do believe life is out there. Why not on the far side of the moon? It would make sense with UFO sightings always on the rise...

William ( deapfreeze ) Hooper

http://deapfreeze-amateur-astronomy.tk/

I've heard it would be more likely they have a base or multiple bases at the bottom of the ocean.

deapfreeze:
IMO this could be real.

Me:
For all the problems we have with our government, there are a lot of facts made available on a routine basis by the U.S. government. Does the government lie, certainly. They have been caught in enough lies. Are they covering up the existence of UFOs? Could be but there is not enough available evidence to convince me that its something thats actually happening.

deapfreeze:
Why not on the far side of the moon?

Me:
Why not in Antarctica? Almost any scenario is going to make sense to someone who wants a UFO explanation. Heres an explanation for UFO sightings always on the rise...the U.S. population is also always on the rise, access to more forms of media is always on the rise. All these explanations are valid, but none have been conclusively proven.

Life outside Earth is highly probable. But it does not necessarily mean its near enough to us to have actually reached us.

So yes, it could be real, but I'm not convinced it is by any evidence I have seen so far. Especially when the simplest supporting claims are flawed.

My borrowed quote for the time being:

There are three kinds of people in life. " there is not enough available evidence to convince me that its something thats actually happening. "

I think with all the high level government and military officials comming forward saying yes we believe or we have seen UFO's is definately showing they have covered this up for a # of years. Air force pilots have seen things that have not been explained. I think there is a possibility that these moon bases do exist. Like you said there is not enough proof. This could go both ways. There isn't enough proof they exist and there isn't enough proof there is not. We will have to wait until we return to the moon to put this to rest but I do like the idea that et could be right next door. Maybe this time we will comunicate if they are infact there. If they are not there oh well atleast we have something to talk about now...

William ( deapfreeze ) Hooper

http://deapfreeze-amateur-astronomy.tk/

deepfreeze

There isn't enough proof they exist and there isn't enough proof there is not.
You are getting a little bit mixed up here on burdens and levels of proof. The proof required for the scientific community to agree that they exist is formidable, the level of proof required to believe that they do not exist is zero. That they do not exist is the "going in" condition. The default. Note that this is NOT proof that they do not exist. You cannot prove that something does not exist.

There are objects and anomalies in the original NASA pictures taken from orbit by the Apollo crews. One hi-res photo does appear to have a huge machine on the surface of the moon, potentially a mile long perhaps appearing to be some sort of mining facility.

The object was detected by a amateur investigator looking through the hi-res material. You need to do a very careful study to find the object, but once you find it it's obvious.

It's in Apollo 17 material, and on the backside of the moon.

Here it is:

http://www.zweg.com/dump/photo/struktuuri.jpg

It is taken from the original hi-res photo from NASA site based on instructions I received on how to locate the anomaly. Perhaps it does not prove anything, except maybe the material should be investigated more carefully with more eyeballs.

APHH
Is that is the picture that you intended? There is an Apollo 15(?) photo floating around of a GIANT hot dog, or blimp looking thing that is like 9 miles ling. Really a very striking photo. I have always ascribed it to an illusion of a 3D object simply due to the coloration of that particular crater. I have looked through the archives but not been able to find a confirmation photo. Right now I can't even find a link to the photo. Anyone know what I am babbling about?

I knew the response was going to be as above, however, the object does seem to have features and blends in perfectly. It could be a film or scanning artifact, but it's unlikely.

This is just one example of anomalies in the original material.

It is not a photoshop. I made that image (hi-lighted the anomaly) and took it from original hi-res photo from NASA site.

* Could you post a link to the original photo please?

I think I could, but it's going to take a few minutes. I did not take this investigation very seriously in the beginning, although more and more anomalies are coming up now.

Hold on, I'll try to locate the original image.

All I can say is, for being on the dark side of the moon, it sure is bright!

Where did everybody go? It's not a photoshop (atleast not by me).

The coordinates for the anomaly are X=791, Y=423 pixels in the original NASA image.

What is it?
