Let me suggest a wildly different thought,
is there any way of efficiently weaving this orbiting space into
reflective sun shades?
The oceans are heating up which represents a huge amount of heat energy. We are approaching a point of desperation.
If this junk is linked together it is easier to manage/navigate and it might help prevent human extinction.
Extinction from lower oxygen levels when warmer oceans better support anaerobic organisms rather than aerobic ones.
Not sure if there is a viable scheme, but if it's possible it would be a really good thing.
