Would it be possible to make a small rocket that can reach about 4-5000 feet in altitude with these items?

20+ gallons of kerosene
15+ gallons of liquid oxygen
alot of alimunim/titanium
carbon fiber
some type of parachute that detetcs the current altitude and deploys at a certain altitude

What else would I need, I am planning to 3d print the engine and things

Not sure that you can 3D print the cylinder to hold LOX at the required temperatures and pressures. Might need to do some research. May also need to bone up on aviation laws. Good luck with your project.

Sure it is possible. You need a license. There are rules and regulations you have to follow. Get a copy of NFPA 1127, read it and get back to us. Good luck.

I have a family member helping me with the safety and laws, I am the one designing/building the rocket, I am just trying to make sure I have the right materials for the things I am trying to do
