The electicity and solar magnetic fields are so intense that the corona is heated way beyond the solar surface.

Is there some way to harness this and send it as an energy beam to earth for energy?

Alternately, can we harness electric energy from earth's magnetic field similarly?

Or, at red giant phase, can we harness electrical energy from the solar corona as we pass near or even through it?

Note: the principle of electic turbines: passing through magnetic field lines produces electric current.

I doubt it, at least with current technology (no pun intended). The corona is hot, but electrically neutral and also very diffuse. There's also not any technology currently available to beam power over that distance. At present, the best way to make use of the Sun for electricity is through photovoltaic cells -- the mechanism by which the Sun already beams power towards Earth.

"People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly . . . timey wimey . . . stuff." -- The Tenth Doctor, "Blink"
