This has been noted that dark energy has a reverse dynamics of natural matter.Experimental results from DESI observations - 2024 supports this.Now,for dark matter only confirmed fact present with is effect of gravity,without any valid material presence;thus a conclusive ìdea is emerging that,this does not distorts nature of natural matter except casting an effect due to gravity.Thus,brightening of stars due to dark matter must be explained through gravity of the same via supermassive black hole at the intermediate position.This is a common observational event that galaxies are attracted or effected by dark matter's gravity.Dark matter evolves due to a reverse dynamics of normal matter is a function of Time,as started from the Big Bang as Origin;but,yet another arbitrary parameter of rotation of galaxy with others is present simultaneously to complete this phenomena.
