Given that Hubble is based on spy satellites, I'm picking this will be making USA military planners nervous that the Chinese now have the ability to look down with the same kind of imaging fidelity America has had for decades

Considering the age of Hubble, I would not be surprised China's could be better. However, Webb telescope will still be better than China's.
