I remember a posting on this site about starting a fund and a movement to rebuild Arecibo. Any further development regarding such a fund/movement? Any valid motivation in the U.S.? Such would be an enormous financial and engineering job requiring significant organization. Hopefully, some folks and government agencies might come forth.
