what if?

Roughly 70% of the universe is made of dark energy
universe remaining span
30 billion years

Dark matter makes up about 25% -
age of the univerce 13.7 billion years old.

normal matter – adds up to less than 5%

could this be past, present and future time manifest as physical properties?

There is no support for your conjecture that the remaining age of the universe is 30 billion years.

That would be like saying two door knobs plus
four river boats equals a trip to the dentist.
Time is a very separate dimension from the other three spatial dimensions. Time allows movement and noticeable, perceivable change to occur within the three spatial dimensions. Time is a complex thing to describe, but without it, no change would occur, ever, anywhere.
The Universe would be a solid, frozen rock. Space and time must co-exist. Whole volumes have been written about time.
We must progress and expand, or we will stagnate and die.

As if there is more support for the notion that the universe is around 13.7 billion years old without evoking supernatural metaphysical constructs like inflation?

Actually there is support for the universe being 13.7 billion years old, the CBR for one. Now perhaps reasonable people can differ on how strong that evidence is, and inflation is a very unsatisfying concept. But there IS at least SOME evidence that the universe is 13.7 billion years old. There is NO evidence that the universe will end in 30 billion years. Indeed, the first generation of red dwarfs will not burn out for about another 90 billion years. To claim that there is as much evidence for the universe to end in 30 billion years, as there is that the universe is 13.7 billion years old is simply absurd.

The idea That I am developing is this

perhaps dark matter is a manifestation of time. Not a form of matter that we would be able to isolate in this present.

It brings up the question , “Does the past exist and if so as what? Virtual particles? Can this past existence have an effect on the present? detectable as gravity or fossil gravity?

A gravity of time that effects this present event - thus that matter and all the material of existence is being pulled by a force of past existence

If this present moment is a manifestation, an”effect” brought into existence from and still pulled by fossil time gravity. Then perhaps dark energy is a manifestation in the present of future time.

Intriguing idea, but what if Dark Matter and Dark Energy are opposite sides of the same coin? More of a Dark Fluid that permeates all of space and behaves differently at different scales and depending on how large and how much mass is involved. Not my idea, but a few scientists, who think we will find no WIMPS or other exotic particles, because this Dark Fluid or Ether is a property related to Gravity or is solely dependent on Gravity's influence or lack thereof. Kind of like zero-point energy created by vacuum between galaxy clusters pushing them faster apart, somehow. A lot of filling in, this new theory, but having one transmutable animal to verify is a lot better than two, in the form of Energy and Matter (Dark). Embarrassing for cosmology to talk about two things we have NO idea about. One is much easier. Kind of like Modified Theory of Gravity postulated a few years back. Read the Space.com article. Very cool, if you,(and even if you don't) ask me.
We must progress and expand, or we will stagnate and die.
