Today NASA is tracking the strong strom Dennis as it makes its way by
Cuba today. The strong storm could make the shuttle head back to its
hanger and dely the misson or worse stop the mission all the way. Right
now Dennis my go right on the western cost of Florda and hit Alabama
or it my hit Florda head on. Add the safty of the misson to your pryer
list as Dennis heads its way to the USA.

gavinovz

The space shuttle Discovery will stay on its launch pad and will not be
threatened by Hurricane Dennis, which is bearing down on the Gulf
Coast, NASA officials said Friday.

"Because the storm has ended its eastward drift and the primary track
is slightly more to the west, it was decided this morning that
Discovery will not be rolled back from the launch pad," a NASA
statement said today.

This is good news for all the people who put all this time into this
misson. But still pray for the misson as no one ever knows what could
happen.

gavinovz

I've been watching Dennis the Menace as well and it looks like the shuttle is going to be OK and will be staying on the launch pad. And the way the hurricane is tracking now, it looks like we we be getting what remains of it starting Monday and lasting all week. The eye or what's left of it, however will be to the west of where I live.

.....Shuttle me up before I get tooooooooo old and feeble.....

---Happiness is winning a huge lottery---
